Digital Factory sells to integrators, architects, consultants, audio-video system designers and established A/V dealers only. We have standard pricing based on previous designs and will work with you to determine specific price levels based on quantities, fit, display sizes, accessories and finish. We do not publish MSRP for any of our products. 
 
Service guarantee and sales policy
All Digital Factory products are warrantied for a minimum of two years.  Longer warranties are available.  Please check with our sales team for more information. To view our sales policy please click here.  All products are made in the United States of America at our manufacturing facility located in Atwater, California. 
 
Lead times
When we quote a project we will provide an estimated lead time for shipment based on our current production work load.  We strive to provide our custom products in four weeks or less, however, please keep in mind the quoted lead time is applicaple to the day we accept your order.  We will confirm the estimated lead time on order acceptance. 
 
We cannot begin to fabricate your order until we have all the elements in place to start work.  This includes, but is not limited to signed off drawings, a deposit, and any other requirements unique to your project.   
 
How do I place my order?
  • Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email.  A 50% deposit by credit card or secured financial transaction is required to start your order. We accept MasterCard/Visa or Wire Transfers.  For Wire Transfer information please click here.  We also accept company checks, but a minimum five day hold on the start of your order will be required for the check to clear the bank. 
     
  • As soon as your order is complete your credit card will be run for the remaining balance plus shipping charges.  Please note that sales tax will be applied for delivery of product to any address in the State of California.  
     
  • Order acceptance is predicated on the receipt of a deposit, a purchase order, a completed order form, signed drawings indicating acceptance of the design, and an acknowledgement by Digital Factory that we have sufficient information about the display system and peripherals to start fabrication.  Without these items we cannot commit to an firm lead time or delivery date.
     
  • Opening orders or orders shipping outside the United States must be paid in full prior to shipment. 

 

Do you offer terms?
  • For established clients who have submitted an approved credit application after an opening order we offer Net 30 terms for the balance due after receipt of deposit.  Click here to download our Credit Application.
  • The remaining balance, including shipping charges and applicable tax, is due and payable 30 Days after the custom product has shipped. 

 

Where do I send PO's?
PO's and other sales documents can be emailed to our sales department or faxed to 661.242.6995.
I've been told to send my display and other components to Digital Factory for design and measurement purposes.   Where do I send this stuff?
